BIOGRAPHY
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website, I hope you enjoyed my work; my creative expression. Here is a little bit about myself and my background.
She was born in Famagusta in 1956 and graduated from the A’ Practical High School, Famagusta in 1974.
The Turkish invasion of 1074 uprooted her family along with another 200,000 people from Famagusta, Morphou and Kyrenia and they were scattered all-over the world.
She then went to England where she studied Marketing and Advertising in London and also attended the Foundation Course in Art at Leicester Polytechnic.
From 1980 until 1989 she lived and worked in Athens.
Since 1989 she has been living and working in Limassol in her home country Cyprus, where for many years she attended group painting classes at the famous painter and Art Professor Helene Black.
Currently she holds the position of Executive Director of Marketing and Research & Development of the Eureka Group of companies.
She is married to the specialist radiologist Dr Michalis Varnava and has three wonderful children, Angelos, Xanthos and Zacharoula and two wondrous grandchildren Michalis and Christina from Angelos & Nicole.
All her spare time however is devoted to her greatest passion FINE ARTS (painting, drawing, engraving, photography and sculpture)
